Dr. Kumar’s Super Green Smoothie*

  • 2 cups frozen power greens**
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ½ granny smith apple chopped
  • 2 to 3 cubed and frozen 1 inch pineapple chunks ***
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
  • 1 and ½ cup water
  • 6 cubes of ice


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender on high for 3 to 4 minutes or till ice is blended

*Use only organic ingredients ** I typically buy a bag full of prewashed power greens and place it in the freezer for smoothies. ***When organic pineapples are on sale, I buy a few and cut them into chunks and freeze them for smoothies
