Consider making this quick and nutritious miso soup, using dulse, to keep you warm on a cold winter's day.

  • 10 0z filtered water
  • 1 T light colored miso (or to taste)
  • 1/4 c dulse
  • 2 tsp sliced scallions
  • 1 oz cubed organic tofu (optional)


  1. Bring water to a boil and remove from heat

  2. Add miso and stir to dissolve

  3. Add remaining ingredients

  4. Enjoy!
