Cashew Cacao Milk

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews soaked in water overnight
  • 4 cups of water
  • 4 Tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 dates
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Rinse soaked cashews and place in the blender with the rest of the ingredients on high.
  2. Let blend for 5 minutes.
  3. Strain into a large glass container and refrigerate.

Cashew milk lasts 4 days in the refrigerator.
