Announcing our new Acupuncturist

Beginning this month, we are pleased to welcome Chunchieh Bruce Sun, acupuncturist, to the Ommani Center.

Chunchieh (Bruce), is the founder of Sun Wellness Care (2002) and has worked as a revered acupuncturist for over a decade.  He is the campus director of East-West Healing Arts Institute in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Bruce joins us with a wealth of training education and experience. He is a licensed/certified acupuncturist in Illinois and Wisconsin, is a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine, and has a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from the Midwest Collect of Oriental Medicine. He was certified in 2015 as a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.

He is following The Ommani Center protocols with respect to masks and cleanliness, disinfecting the acupuncture space between each client.  He treats children (age 6 and above) and adults of all ages.  During this COVID19 pandemic, patients must be completely symptom-free to receive care.

Bruce has agreed to treat all current Ommani acupuncture clients (those who have received care here at Ommani in the past year) as existing clients; they will not be charged the new patient fee.  He does not accept insurance, however, he will provide coding for those people who have insurance so they can file for their own acupuncture reimbursement.

Bruce’s schedule will be Mondays and Thursdays from 10 AM to 7 PM and Fridays 9AM to 6PM. He feels it’s important to provide appointments that are convenient without needing to interrupt their workday.  You can schedule an acupuncture appointment by calling our office at 262.695.5311.  If you have questions our staff will be happy to assist you; or if you would like to speak with Bruce in advance of care, we will be happy to arrange a conversation.
