Clinical Staff – Certified Medical Assistant

Seeking first shift, 3-4 day per week position,

with scheduling flexibility, no weekends or holidays


  • Patient intake – Collect vitals, review medical history, prepare the patient for physician consult; including room prep.
  • Patient record upkeep via Electronic Medical Record Systems (EPIC & Practice Fusion)
  • Patient interaction and phone contact as directed by physicians re medical results, prescriptions, testing, referrals, wellbeing, etc.
  • Assist physician with procedures.
  • Process administrative tasks connected to patient care – pre-certifications/preauthorizations as required.
  • Must have joy and a strong desire for people contact/care

The successful candidate will need:

  • Experience with EMR
  • Medical Assistant Certification from qualified college or technical school; related education or experience
  • Minimum 2-year prior experience (or more) preferred, but new AAMA certified graduates encouraged to apply
  • Ability to multi-task; flexibility in fast-paced office environment
  • Excellent ability to communicate in positive fashion with staff and patients in person and on phone
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, lab resulting, HIPAA; strong sense of confidentiality required

Front Desk Patient Coordinator

Seeking first shift, 4-5 day per week position,

with scheduling flexibility, no weekends or holidays

This is a dynamic position – the key to our organization – the “Face & Voice” of our Center!


  • Serve patient needs for multiple MDs and complementary practitioners.
  • General reception duties – phone & patient greeting/interaction.
  • Patient scheduling, within EPIC & Practice Fusion EMRs.
  • Registration document management.
  • Processing patient collections via Quick Books and within EPIC.
  • Oversee physical appearance & care of reception area/retail space.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The successful candidate will need:

  • Knowledge of and experience with medical office practices, terminology & general office procedures/equipment.
  • Aptitude and experience with computer operations (Quick Books, EPIC scheduling/EMR).
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (a warm & dynamic telephone/personal manner is required).
  • A well-developed ability to communicate and work with other staff.
  • The ability to find joy in and a strong desire for people contact/care.
  • An ability to thrive in a dynamic atmosphere.
