Dr. Kocourek is the founder of Trinity Integrative Family Medicine at The Ommani Center for Integrative Medicine, and focuses her practice on integrative care, women’s health, and prevention of disease for the entire family.

  • Board Certified in Family Medicine
  • M.D. from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Family Health
  • Residency in Family Medicine at the Waukesha Family Medicine Residency Program of the Medical College of Wisconsin Affiliated Hospitals
  • Integrative Medicine at the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine

She focuses on integrative care and disease prevention offering:
