Massage Therapy

Leslie is a licensed Massage Therapist who is trained & experienced in both therapeutic and relaxation massage services, and certified in prenatal and postpartum massage. Her expertise includes deep tissue, myofascial release, cupping massage, geriatric massage, and trigger point therapy. She is qualified to teach a self-care technique to reduce chronic pain and support an active, youthful body & lifestyle called MELT Method™ Hand & Foot bodywork. Leslie received her massage certification from the Aveda Institute in Milwaukee, WI and has a BS from Troy University, Dothan, AL.

Leslie became a massage therapist after spending many years as an Executive Assistant in a few large companies, relying on massage therapy to cope with the high stress environment. Opting for a complete career change, she chose to become a massage therapist to provide others the same relief she received through that discipline. She has a passion to promote and provide the benefits of massage therapy to all.

Benefits of Massage:

Research reveals that upward of 90% of disease is stress-related. Perhaps nothing ages us faster, internally and externally, than chronic stress and its medical implications. Massage is an effective tool, which translates into:

  • Athletic preparation & recovery
  • Decreased anxiety
  • Enhanced immunity
  • Enhanced sleep quality
  • Greater energy
  • Improved concentration
  • Increased circulation
  • Improved mobility & flexibility

Leslie has a special interest and qualification in the MELT Method™ – a self-administered means of chronic pain relief and overall preventative wellness. She studied with the creator and founder of MELT, Sue Hitzmann, and is qualified to teach Hand & Foot treatments. Watch the Announcement section of this website for dates/times of periodic group class offerings for MELT. Individual MELT instruction can be requested and included with private massage therapy sessions.

Leslie is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association, serves as Adjunct Faculty-Sciences at East West Health Arts Institute, Milwaukee, WI and is founder of Revive: Massage & MELT.

Aromatherapy Massage

I love to incorporate aromatherapy (use of essentials oils) into each massage session because it adds to the already amazing benefits of massage therapy.  I like to think it “kicks it up a notch” and all my patients feel greater relaxation (which means a much more effective massage).  I typically provide 5 or so blends […]

Keep Your New Year’s Resolution. Have a Massage!

Each year, most of us make a New Year’s resolution usually centered on health and exercise.  These resolutions can lead to amazing changes, but sadly, many of us don’t see them through since we don’t anticipate the toll that increased exercise can have on the body.  Many people, even active people, do not take into […]

Top 5 Reasons for Massage Therapy During the Holiday Season

Massage therapy is always an important therapy, especially so during the holidays. Did you know massage boosts your immune system and can act to protect you against viral and bacterial infections? Leslie is currently running a discount massage holiday special. Ask about it when you schedule a massage or purchase a gift certificate.

I have been working with Leslie Jaeschke for several months and the results have been so positive.  I suffer from cervogenic headaches and have a lot of neck and shoulder pain. The massages have been so beneficial,  but more than that Leslie has been a good teacher.  She asks good questions and provides great feedback on what I can do at home to help my condition.  She is patient and caring, and I always leave feeling so uplifted.

Follow Leslie on Facebook and watch for the massage specials she periodically offers.
